This is a Blues jam hosted by Mr. Shinjiro Mori, who has played with famous Rambling Steve Gardner for years and supported Mike Garner & Neil Billington from New Zealand during their last Japan tour.
He speaks English and welcomes everybody.
The jam starts around 19:30. The charge is 700 yen + at least one order for a player or a non-player.
Blue Heat is one of the best Blues venues in Tokyo conveniently located right off Shinjuku Dori in Yotsuya-Sanchome, not too far from Shinjuku or Yotsuya (round the corner from the Yotsuya Fire Station. There is a big sign reading "Black Music Blue Heat.")

One of the best Blues venues in Tokyo. Many pro, semi-pro and amateur Blues musicians perform there nightly. It is a nice bar with a great stage and equuipment. Check their schedule on the following page:
It's only a fw minute walk from the Yotsuya 3-chome subway station on the Marunouchi subway line.
