'France Festival' on Sunday, 15 November, 2009 at Cozmo’s Café, will be a Festival of -related music and culture. This Festival may include performances by Kaoru Arai, Jan Mei for, Sasha Saita, Alexis Donati, Miki Suginome, Frederic Viennot, Cyril Coppini (DJ) and more. 18:00 - 23:00 Access = Green: Free to wristband-holders

This event is part of Japan Music Week - an international festival and convention during 9-15 November 2009. “Festival” wristbands cost 2500 yen advance/3000 yen at door and give you access to as many as 100 music and culture events in Shibuya and nearby areas, featuring up to 300 artists and DJs. Access for wristband holders is mostly free ("Green") but a few events are discounted entry ("Yellow": 50% off. Or "Red": 20% off.)
