Asbjørn Lerheim (baritone guitar, Fender Bass VI, electronics) and Roger Arntzen (contrabass, electronics) from the electrifying Norwegian band Chrome Hill, purveyors of a rare fusion of Nordic jazz and twangy Americana, join forces with Dōjō, the unique power duo of Michiyo Yagi (electric 21-string koto, electronics) and Tamaya Honda (drums) to bring you an evening of exciting psychedelic jazz-rock tunes and free-form improvisations. Their second collaborative CD "Chrome Hill & Dōjō / Free Rangers" (Clean Feed, release date March 20) will be on sale at this show.
