PORTA CHIUSA is Paed Conca with Michael Thieke, Kevin Sommer andHans Koch

PORTA CHIUSA is a clarinet trio led by Beirut-based Swiss musician Paed

Conca and as a trio active since 2009. They played many festivals and

tours and is a very special and important project for someone as a

composer and performer who also wants to express himself politically.

"Porta Chiusa" means "closed door." For this tour they will perform the

composition FEAR from Paed Conca and a composition by Hans Koch, who

both are written for four clarinets. The composition FEAR are based on

the use of micro tonal chords and talks about FEAR as a constant state

of mind. Something we are confronted daily and everywhere in the World.
