New Rock Syndicate is the psychedelic rock band based in Tokyo,formed by guitar monster Kawaguchi Masami who has been worked with Japanese psychedelic legends,Haino Keiji, Doronco(ex.Les Rallizes Dénudés) and more.The sound is heavy riffage in a Blue Cheer-meets-Velvets-cum-Nuggets-style fuzz zone.Their latest album was put out by 8mm records from Portugal.
