Monthly Blues Jam!! - everybody welcome! -
The first Saturday of the month--it's time for another monthly Blues jam at Foxhole, a funky basement bar in Kichijoji! This one is pretty good as there are a lot of regular members who are well experienced fine players. Pro musicians join us too from time to time. People are friendly and you can always find some one who can speak English.
Players in all levels are welcome. You may be able to borrow somebody's guitar but it is better if you can bring your own. The admission is 500 yen for a player; free of charge for a non-player.

Getting to Foxhole: It's a quick and easy walk from JR Kichijoji station (Sobu/Chuo line). Just come out at the North exit (not the Park exit) - that's the one that faces the bus plaza. Then walk along the tracks in the direction of Nakano/Shinjuku. The tracks will be on your RIGHT side as you are walking. You'll first (immediately) cross the big two-way street, then it's just another four streets til the Foxhole, on the left side of the street. If you pass the 7-11, you've gone too far! The walk takes about 2 minutes.
