"Suga Kanno: Songs of the Revolution"
Tim Hodgkinson, a founding member of the legendary British avant-garde rock band Henry Cow, and Atsuko Kamura, a pioneer of Japanese avant-punk who has long been based in London, in collaboration with leading Japanese musicians Michiyo Yagi, Yoshimitsu Ichiraku, and Yoshisaburo Toyozumi, present a program based on the tanka poems of anarchist Suga Kanno (a.k.a. Kanno Sugako, 1881-1911), the first female political prisoner in modern Japan to be tried and executed.

Take the Showa Dori Exit of JR Akihabara station and go straight ahead, cross the big road, passing under the overpass, and then head right. When you get to the Metro exit, just before Kanda river, turn left. You will find Club Goodman on the right in the basement of a musical instrument shop.
