It's time for the monthly Soul jam at Butcher in Hachioji!
If you are a old-school R&B and soul fan and want to play or sing, please come by and join us. The host band has a good list of songs, but if you bring in scores and chords, that will be better. Every month, we have quite a few singers, as well as instrumentalists.
Butcher is a sort of American style music bar that serves dogs, sandwitches, chips, etc. The owner/master, an awesome guitarist himself, is very frinedly and cheerful. A few of the host band members speak English, so please rest assured.

A very friendly live music bar owned by a friendly guitarist guy. It's a perfect place for you to drop by after work, have a drink or two, enjoy some American cafe food, and of course enjoy great live music. The music is usually not so loud you can still converse with your friend even when the music is going on. There are a soul jam (every first Monday), a blues jam (every second Monday), and a jazz jam (every third Monday) every month, as well as great performances by pro, semi-pro and local musicians from time to time. It is also a good place for a private party.
