Musashino Juke Joint 15th Anniversary Special Event! - All welcome!! --
The Musashino Juke Joint Blues jam is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year! This is one of the best and oldest Blues jams in Tokyo. Many of the regular players, including pros and semi-poros, are well-experienced, excellent performers worth watching. At this special live music event, those musicians will perform for the audience rather than enjoy themselves. There will also be a special slide show about the juke joints in the South to be presented by Kei Miyazaki, who travels to American South at least once every year. Please come enjoy this special live show MJJ proudly presents! If you feel like participating, please do so.
The Foxhole jazz bar is a friendly and cozy place in the cool town of Kichijoji. There are always some one who can speak English, so please don't be shy. See you there!

Getting to Foxhole: It's a quick and easy walk from JR Kichijoji station (Sobu/Chuo line). Just come out at the North exit (not the Park exit) - that's the one that faces the bus plaza. Then walk along the tracks in the direction of Nakano/Shinjuku. The tracks will be on your RIGHT side as you are walking. You'll first (immediately) cross the big two-way street, then it's just another four streets til the Foxhole, on the left side of the street. If you pass the 7-11, you've gone too far! The walk takes about 2 minutes.
