＜清水靖晃＆サキソフォネッツ・スパイラルホール公演＞
近年再評価が著しい、80年代作品のソロアルバム『案山子』やマライア『うたかたの日々』。これら、清水が一貫してこだわり続けている「五音音階から放たれる粋」は2007年、『ペンタトニカ』と題したアルバムをサキソフォネッツでリリースし、更なる展開を遂げている。そして今、五音音階を主軸に清水自身の変化と、これまで清水が発展させてきた音楽の諸相が、あらゆる要素を巻き込んで螺旋状に上昇していく。

The 1980s albums Kakashi and Utakata no Hibi - recently reissued to wide acclaim - prompted Yasuaki Shimizu's genre-defying explorations of the pentatonic scale, culminating with the Saxophonettes’ groundbreaking album Pentatonica. This concert will feature Shimizu's continuously evolving repertoire based on the five-note scale, including new pieces and 1980s classics arranged for five saxophones.

Spiral Hall is a flat multi-purpose rental space with complete sound and lighting systems that can be used for all kinds of events, ranging from exhibitions and shows to performances and parties. The lobby space in front of the hall adds to the Spiral Hall's flexibility in terms of spatial composition of events. SPIRAL regularly organizes events here as well.
