This isn't particularly a livehouse, but a British Pub that brews their own beers. They sometimes host acoustic music though on their second floor.

3 minutes from Tawaramachi Station (Ginza Line) Exit 3. Leave the exit, go straight for 2 minutes and turn left at the Family Mart/Police Koban. We are 1 minute down that road.
Around 8 minutes from Kaminarimon Gate and Asakusa Station (Asakusa Line)
