Basement 1st floor live space

The first floor, which serves as the reception and café area, was originally designed to be surrounded by walls. Considering the ventilation problem, we removed the entire side wall and changed the structure to install a sliding door, which is also advantageous in terms of ventilation. By opening the sliding door, it became easier to take in outdoor air, which was advantageous in securing space for customers waiting before the performance started.

Crime prevention and disaster prevention measures

The latest crime prevention and disaster prevention equipment such as sensors and cameras have been introduced, and security measures are taken by a security company 24 hours a day. The state-of-the-art emergency broadcasting system is also installed, and in the unlikely event of a disaster, we have secured a conductor that allows smooth evacuation guidance.
