Michiyo Yagi played countless gigs at soon-to-be-closing Lady Jane in Shimokitazawa over the past three decades. Many were solo performances, and on this weekend, January 11 (Sat), she will play her final unaccompanied performance at this venerable venue. [She will play two more times here – once later this month, once next month, both in trio format – before the doors close for good.]
　For this performance she has decided to concentrate on her electric 17-string bass koto to explore some experimental ambient terrain, and will also sing one or two original songs.
