Pianist Tatsuro Yokoyama - Profile
Japanese pianist. After graduating from Musashino Academia Musicae’s Piano Performance Department,

Tatsuro Yokoyama studied piano at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Poland.

Through rigorous classical music training, he began seeking music with deeper silence and narrative quality,

starting to compose in Warsaw and producing solo piano albums.
To date, he has released Solo Piano 01:61, SHE WAS THE SEA, moonless, If You Were Closer, quiet new,

and Maebure (produced by musician Soichiro Suzuki, a.k.a. World Standard). His latest work is GLASS TOMORROW.
Currently based in his hometown of Miyazaki, he pursues his unique piano music expression while composing

for commercials and TV programs. He is also involved in the electronic music and visual project “nuun” and

performs with Japanese traditional instruments as a member of “Re:connect.”

Additionally, he hosts the MRT Radio program be quiet - The Quietest Radio in the World.
