Vinicius Cajado — born in São Paulo, resident in Berlin — played with Kohsetsu Imanishi for the first time last year. After the dialogue came a passage where, like light breaking through cloud, every single note the two of them played converged on something; there was something sensual about it. This time they are joined by Kenji Hebert, who grew up in Osaka and Kobe, passed through New York and now lives in Vienna. Not a restaging: a new sound-landscape will surely come into view.
