Jimmy Binks and the Shakehorns are an almost all-British country-folk band in Tokyo that is possibly the closest you'll come to the Sun sound of the southern 'States in Tokyo.  They always bring a packed audience to their feet and keep them dancing all the way to the Outkast or Coolio covers that typically end their performances.
