Hokutopia

Situated close to Oji Station in Kita-ku, houses a concert hall, dome hall (ex planetarium), conference rooms, music studios, exhibition spaces and more. A variety of NPOs and the local development office are also based here.

Dome hall is an ex planetarium, now it is a concert hall. it is on the 6th floor.
