Musashino Juke Joint Blues Jam! - All welcome!
Come join us at the funky jazz bar for Blues!
This is a monthly Blues jam in which any one can join and play/sing. Many of the regular participants are excellent players, and it is fun just to watch them play. In fact, we usually have a pretty big watching-only audience. The atmosphere is very friendly, and there are always at least a couple of people who can speak English. It's a great Blues jam definitely worth joining or watching.
Admission charge:
500 yen for a participant; and no charge for a watching only customer
Plus please buy at least one drink.
Take the JR Kichijoji North Exit, turn right, cross the big street, walk straight on the small street right by the railroad track towatd Nishi-Ogikubo (Shinjuku), and Foxhole is on the left-hand side after a few blocks.

Getting to Foxhole: It's a quick and easy walk from JR Kichijoji station (Sobu/Chuo line). Just come out at the North exit (not the Park exit) - that's the one that faces the bus plaza. Then walk along the tracks in the direction of Nakano/Shinjuku. The tracks will be on your RIGHT side as you are walking. You'll first (immediately) cross the big two-way street, then it's just another four streets til the Foxhole, on the left side of the street. If you pass the 7-11, you've gone too far! The walk takes about 2 minutes.
